If you're thinking about relocating to the Boise area, our relocation tour is a great place to start! What better way to learn about what makes the Boise area so unique, than through the eyes of a native Idahoan? Prior to the actual tour, we start with a quick phone call, zoom session, or in-person meeting (depending on your needs) to learn more about the lifestyle you are looking for, price range you are most comfortable with, and home styles you are typically drawn toward so we can create the best tour possible for your goals. From there, we will put together an exclusive catalogue of homes, exploring different parts of town, different home styles & various neighborhoods. In addition to touring homes, we also explore a little about Boise's history as well as the history of the surrounding area. The overall physical tour generally takes about 3 hours, and can be longer or shorter depending on what you are looking for. While we encourage you to be physically present when possible, we have successfully conducted these tours through Skype/FaceTime as well.
