Tracy brought her career full circle when she returned to her Treasure Valley roots in 2003. Having built her foundation in 1980s California New Home Construction, today she is a consistently recognized Top Producer in the Boise real estate market. Known for her masterful negotiation, steady guidance, and expert marketing, she brings complex transactions to a seamless win-win close.

For Tracy, real estate is about more than buying & selling homes—it's about stewardship, community, and helping people step confidently into their next chapter. Outside the office, she fully embraces the Idaho lifestyle, often found riding her mountain bike through the Boise foothills.

His daily responsibilities include strict break enforcement—loudly reminding the staff about meal times at all hours of the day—and expertly testing the office's sunniest spots to ensure optimal nap conditions.

Mo is our resident clingy coworker and expert Lap Specialist. She insists on being part of every transaction, whether she is needed or not, and frequently provides strict paperwork inspections (usually by sitting on the most important documents) and demanding constant pets to keep office morale as high as possible.

She + Him, Dynamic Duo, 16 + 8 Years

Savvy and Ranger bring very different, but equally important, skill sets to the team. Savvy is our adventure specialist. This tiny senior pup is always ready to ride shotgun in the car or tag along in her basket for neighborhood bike rides. She is opinionated, sassy, and endlessly entertaining—we can't get enough of her. Meanwhile, Ranger serves as our highly alert neighborhood watch. He takes his job very seriously, keeping the office safe from mail carriers, Amazon trucks, and rogue squirrels alike. He is fit, fast and loves to fetch, leap, and stay on the move.
